How long does standard delivery take?
Most standard orders arrive in 3–5 working days after dispatch. Available options and prices appear at checkout.
Which beauty products can be returned?
Unopened, unused products with intact seals can be returned within 30 days. Faulty or damaged products are handled separately—contact us with a photo and order number.
What if my shade is not right?
Keep the product sealed and contact the team. We can help compare the description before you arrange a return and choose again.
