The liquid base is built cold where the chemistry allows, Vitamin E, Zinc Oxide, Hyaluronic Acid and Niacinamide are added last so nothing is cooked out of it, and the silky texture is confirmed on skin rather than on paper. Where a claim could not be supported it was removed from the carton instead of softened.
