The powder base is built cold where the chemistry allows, Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E and Squalane are added last so nothing is cooked out of it, and the silky texture is confirmed on skin rather than on paper. Where a claim could not be supported it was removed from the carton instead of softened.
