The lotion base is built cold where the chemistry allows, Oat Extract, Shea Butter, Glycerin and Ceramides are added last so nothing is cooked out of it, and the creamy texture is confirmed on skin rather than on paper. The finished batch is held for stability testing before any of it is filled.
