Made in small runs and checked batch by batch, Roussine Plainwater Glow Pairing Set is a cheek colour built to sit on the skin rather than on top of the foundation.

The liquid base is built cold where the chemistry allows, Vitamin E, Squalane and Shea Butter are added last so nothing is cooked out of it, and the watery texture is confirmed on skin rather than on paper. Where a claim could not be supported it was removed from the carton instead of softened.
