Made in small runs and checked batch by batch, Roussine Zenith Frosted Lip Balm is a lip colour whose bullet, pigment load and finish were designed together.
The balm base is built cold where the chemistry allows, Hyaluronic Acid and Squalane are added last so nothing is cooked out of it, and the creamy texture is confirmed on skin rather than on paper. The finished batch is held for stability testing before any of it is filled.
