1. Apply to skin still slightly damp from the shower
2. Work upward from ankles to shoulders
3. Use a second layer on elbows, knees and heels
4. Allow a minute before dressing

The milk base is built cold where the chemistry allows, Squalane, Oat Extract and Shea Butter are added last so nothing is cooked out of it, and the lightweight texture is confirmed on skin rather than on paper. The packaging was specified after the formula, not before it.
