The cream base is built cold where the chemistry allows, Niacinamide, Aloe Vera, Charcoal and Jojoba Oil are added last so nothing is cooked out of it, and the rich texture is confirmed on skin rather than on paper. Anything that made the texture worse was cut, however well it tested in a focus group.
